Mount Royal was largely developed during the post-WWII housing boom, with most homes built between 1946 and 1970. It offers a blend of features, including excellent parks, an outdoor rink, and seasonal programs, all enhancing the quality of life for residents. The neighbourhood is also known for its prestigious homes, spacious properties, top-rated schools, and convenient location near downtown. It is a part of the Confederation SDA and contains three elementary schools and two sister secondary schools.
